Vanessa seeks to find herself in the face of goals as high as the mountains that stand before her.

She tries to give meaning to her mountaineering expeditions by promoting her ecological concerns and social media identity. Her roles are multiple, making matters even more complicated as what is at stake becomes difficult to balance.

PLOT

Vanessa is a dynamic woman with dreams for herself and the world at large. Wife, mother and until recently marketing executive in large companies, she started scaling the highest peaks of every continent to promote female empowerment through the NGO “A Woman Can Be” that she established. Now as a European Pact Ambassador she is ready to climb mount Vinson in Antarctica to conclude the «7 summits project». This time her priority is promoting climate change awareness and building a successful social media profile.

The film creatively incorporates footage from Vanessa’s vlogging camera from the preparatory stages to the expedition itself. It follows a character called to successfully balance different roles and personal pursuits, while posing questions about what is at stake in the modern world.
